Shipping and Exchanges

Shipping Policy

For in stock items, we ship within 3-7 business days of your order by USPS. We offer regular, priority and expedited shipping options. For items that are offered for presale, the date of shipment is given on the site. Your order will ship on or before that date unless unforeseen circumstances like a delay from our supplier. Delays are rare but it does occasionally happen. In those instances, the delay would be no more than a few days.

Please be advised, the customer is solely responsible for providing their correct shipping address when ordering. We hold no responsibility if a customer enters an incorrect address. We are glad to help redirect a misguided package but cannot guarantee the delivery especially after a package has been delivered. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately or contact USPS if the order has already shipped so they can possibly intercept the package and get it redirected.

Easy Exchanges within 14 days of delivery!

We are a small business. While we’d love to offer free exchanges, we’re not quite big enough for our britches just yet. We’ll be happy to make exchanges for items that do not fit or aren’t to your liking. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will take care of shipping the exchange back to you. Final Sale, Specials and Xtra Special Savings items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note to qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags intact. Post mark must be dated within 14 days of original delivery date.
